After going through the buying and selling process before, Caitlin made finding our forever home soooooo easy. The whole process can be very stressful, but she went above and beyond. She showed us homes through facetime while we were traveling for work and gave us an honest opinion of what the homes looked like; as if she was looking for herself. She scheduled lots and lots of viewings when we were being so particular about what we wanted, this going on for months, and she never wavered on finding us our perfect new-build home. She even helped us take advantage of a discounted sales price! Caitlin even took time out of her busy schedule to come and do our pre-move-in walk through and final walk through before signing. She even added a special touch that made me so emotional the day of signing by taking time to sneak in a house warming gift basket full of goodies. And even now taking that extra time way after the sale is done and keeping in touch with us; so much that we consider her a close friend. We are so glad that she came in our lives and appreciate every second of her!
